You love: systems thinking, complex wireframes, content taxonomies, process flows, visual design. You will support a research and design project with interviews, observation, analysis, and design recommendations. Your experience includes research for design analysis in a product design context, including methods of: video ethnography, customer interviews, shadowing, on-site analysis. You are educated/trained in some or all of: industrial design, interaction design, graphic design, videography, anthropology, systems thinking. Eight week contract with possible extension.
